Well no, I specifically stated that I tried doing as it says in that forum thread and it does not work.
When clicking on "plans and producs" all I can se a free creative cloud-membership even though I have paid for a month-to-month.
Is it possible to get in contact with an actual staff member on this site?! I DO NOT want to pay for another month just because it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the subscription.
Staff doesn't answer questions about your CC subscription on a public website.

I'm sorry for not thanking for the advise - I'm just feeling completely lost here and can't seem to find any phone number or contact information to staff - when clicking on links for "help" I just bounce back here to the forum. Saw some other threads where staff had replied.
Do you know how to actually enter a chat with staff? Or get hold of a phone nr?
