Preview not realime - Adobe After Effects CC2015 - El Capitan 10.11.1

    Moville Level 1

Since I've installed El Capitan 10.11.1 yesterday Preview in After Effects isn't realtime anymore. I think I know what the bug is:

      - When I turn on Video Preview (on my Macbook screen) Preview isn't realtime anymore, but 13~20fps in stead of 24 or 25 fps. (see attached in red)

           - Prefs -> Video Preview -> Enable Mercury Transmit -> Enable Adobe Monitor 2 (see attached)

      - If I turn off the Video Preview, Preview is still not realtime.

      - If I turn back on Video Preview, the preview is not displaying on my second screen.

      - If I reboot After Effects (with Video Preview off), Preview works fine again.

This has never been an issue to me before (even with my iMac mid 2011). My Macbook is fast enough to preview realtime, with Video Preview on second screen enabled. I have already re-installed After Effects!
