Yes I try, it didn't work.
1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside etc folder.
2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.
Let me know whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??
I find this
activate.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 practivate.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 lmlicenses.wip4.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 lm.licenses.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 na1r.services.adobe.com 127.0.0.1 hlrcv.stage.adobe.com
Those are the cause of issue and reason why the subscription is not activated.
Those are Adobe URL with loop back address 127.0.0.1 , because of which the Activation request is unable to reach Adobe server.
We need to delete those entries or reset Hosts file .
Windows 7 or 8/10 ?????
It is easy on Windows 7 , you can simply run Fix it tool , it will Automatically Reset Hosts file.
But for Windows 10 , you need to edit manually.
Follow the procedure mentioned in below link for Windows 8/8.1 [ Applies for Windows 10 as well ]
Once the Adobe URL entries are gone from Hosts file , Sign out from Adobe Creative Cloud app and Sign in , the issue will be fixed for sure.
Make sure there are no Adobe Entries left in the Hosts file .
Thank You very much. It works No I can work
Glad to hear that
You are welcome.
