    Adobe Muse CC is displaying Trial version expired even if I'm a paying subscriber.


      When I open Adobe Muse (on my Mac or my PC), it tells me that my trial version is expired.
      However, I am a Creative Cloud subscriber, and I should have access to my software.


      I have tried the support chat at least 10 times, spent about 6 hours total sharing my screen with them.
      My case was transferred to Senior technical team 3 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. I'm not even sure they exist.
      I'm turning on to the forums.


      I cannot use Muse at all, my clients are waiting.

      I can use all other CC apps without issues.



      What should I do?
