Hey, I appreciate any help you can offer. I am trying to render a file that is 1280x720, mostly animation and text and for a 1:54 clip about 32 seconds into the render it stops with an error message: "After Effects warning: logged one error -- "warning: Unkown Exception." I have tried rendering the first half, then rendering the second half but it seems it keeps crashing on the second half. I am on a deadline to finish this project and again, thank you for any solutions you may offer.
God bless you!
Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details like exact comp settings, render settings, version of AE, details about the comp, screenshots of the timeline and so on. You simply have not offered anything useful that would allow to even make an educated guess and an "unknown exception" for all intents and purposes is an ominous "unknown" thing.
Sure, sorry it's my first time to post in this forum. That makes sense you would need more info! My apologies, here is the info:
Working on an Imac 3.5ghz i7 with 32gb ram
Comp Settings are:
HDV/HDTV 720 29.97 Preset 29.97 fps
1280 x 720px
Render Settings are:
Quicktime, ANIMATION codec
Version of AE should be the latest: CC 2015 Version 184.108.40.206
There may be an update.
It has worked fine multiple times until just recently. It gets to a frame about 32 seconds in and then the render stops and an error message pops up.
Let me know it there's any other info that would be helpful, and thanks for any help you may offer.
