I have an annual membership for Adobe InDesign on Creative Cloud which I'd like to cancel. I've followed the necessary instructions online, however I keep getting lead back to the customer support home page without actually solving the problem. There are no chat or phone options, as the customer support page suggests. If anyone knows how to properly cancel a membership, your help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
