Yesterday I tried to buy the Creative Cloud Abo and I thought it worked but when I checked it today, there was an error (-26) that said there was a problem with the bill. The problem is, that I have no idea what to do because somehow it says that I already have the abo but I can't use it because of the billing error. And as the Adobe Support isn't working, I can't cancle my application. I'm not sure if I should buy the same Abo again and try it again but if it works, it is possible, that I pay for two abos although i can only use one.
Has anyone already had this problem and could help me?
