Not able to open .acsm files downloaded through my work laptop on my home laptop. I am using the same Adobe ID. What should I do? This is the error msg I get - Error getting license. License server communication problem. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER

If you sure that used the same Adobe ID try this: Reauthorize Digital Edition. Start the Program. Go to help > remove authorize. Then authorize again.
