I have had a paid CC account for over a year. A month or so ago I received a free year of CC for helping at an Adobe event. Ever since I activated the free account I was still being charged for my paid subscription (which overdrew my bank account three times), now that I finally got that fixed with Adobe last week I'm now getting a message when I open Lightroom that says it has limited functionality like my account is cancelled..
Could you please sign out and sign in back to the CC desktop app and then relaunch the application.
