My computer hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall the OS. I no longer have the box and serial number for my Elements/Premiere 12 product. I never registered the product. I have proof of purchase from Amazon from 3/26/14. How do I get a serial number? I am the legitimate owner of the product.
You need to contact Adobe support to get the approval for a new set of serial number if your proof of purchase is valid.
