How to do an interactive store's map like the Mall of America's ?

Hello guys, I am from Venezuela. I have been looking for info, searching, etc, etc about Bing Venue Maps because I urgenlty need to create or design a venue map for a Mall or stores Map. Some like this:http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/map . I talked with a Microsoft technician through email but he said me that venue map is not available on my location (El Tigre, estado Anzoátegui, Venezuela). The name of the Mall is San Remo. Please check this post, where a man called Ricky Brundritt answered me: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a2212500-6040-418d-833f-ea7aa7fbc5af/how-to -make-a-mall-venue-map?forum=bingmaps

And this is my last reply to Mr Stephen Dubien (The Microsoft Bing Maps Tech):

      Hello Mr Stephen Dubien,

Good afternoon, I hope you are fine. First of all I really want to thank you for your fast replies and for the high quality technical support and attention given to me 2 months ago.

      I have some questions:

      1. Why there are no a venue map through Bing Maps available on my location? Excuse my ignorance but I don't understand that. I like very very much this: http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/mapand I would want one like that on my Mall Website.

      2. Checking the Ricky Brundritt answer: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/a2212500-6040-418d-833f-ea7aa7fbc5af/how-to -make-a-mall-venue-map?forum=bingmaps I see that the first option is not for me, it is a bit static and I would have to write the name of each store on each polygon/shape. There are 174 stores in 2 levels (2 floors).

I need an interactive map, so, I need the users can switch (change) or choose the desired floor, in order to they can see the other stores and when they put the mouse over the polygon/shape appear the name of the related store. I think I like more the second alternative:  http://porchcode.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/Indoor%20Mapping it is more dynamic or interactive and I like more the colors. But I don't have idea of how to begin and how to link or to connect the designed map with Bing Maps when it is finished. Until now, I just have inserted Google Maps on my Websites. Please see the 2 images I attached to this mail. That's each floor of the Mall. These are the maps I urgently need to create.

Then I wrote to another expert called Patrick O'Connor. He replied this:

      Hi Maurizio,

I just scanned the information supplied to you on this topic.  It looks like the options have been covered.

One other option, if you only need a map of the stores similar to the Mall of the Americas you might want to do what they did and simply use an image map.  They can be created in Flash or HTML/JavaScript.  There are several plugins available (google “Flash image map”, “jquery image map” and “JavaScript image map”).

      Good Luck.

      Then I replied to Patrick:

      Hello Patrick !!,

Thank you very much for your answer. Ok, I understand, that map was made with Flash Image Map. But please check at the end of the map:http://www.mallofamerica.com/shopping/map

There are something like a menu (level numbers, zoom and some icons). When you click on level 2,3 or 4, the map changes. You can use the zoom and also click on the icons to see something on the map. How to do that?

And  if you see the search page: http://www.mallofamerica.com/search , you can choose the category and then click on a store. Inside the store there is an option "Level" and when you click on it automatically redirects to the exact location on the map. This is a great interactivity between the map and the store's list. How they connected the map with the directory? I don't understand that.

I have been searching on Google about that but nothing until now. I would really appreciate your help and I want to thank you because here you are the professional and expert and I am just learning from you and your experience and knowledge.

      Best regards from Venezuela,

      Maurizio Fabbri

Now I am confused. I was watching today a video tutorial from Terry White (Worldwide Design Evangelist for Adobe Systems, Inc. and Adobe Certified Expert) How to do an Image Map in Adobe Muse CC - YouTube

He explained how to do the image map in Adobe Muse and I don´t know if it is possible to make it more interactive (with the menu with level numbers, zoom and some icons below it) and I want that when the user clicks on level 2 the map changes to that level. I also want to insert the zoom option. It is very interesting.

I tried to contact Mr Terry White but nothing yet. I hope you can help me. Thank you very much for reading and thank you very much for the patience.

Please check the maps I need to create on Flash, or Muse or I don't know:
