    Why can I not get a proper connection with Adobe about an issue I am having?

      I already posted this twice and have received NO HELP from Adobe.

       

      My PDF works fine on my computer, but will not open for more than a few seconds when sent by email (no matter which provider)?

       

      How can I get this fixed?
