I have an account for school and we get the creative cloud included in our tuition. my account expired a month ago and so i renewed it with a new key code. After this it still says my account has expired.
First, sign out and then back in to Creative Cloud, using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription,
Then, if you launch any CC 2015 product and the pop up still shows a Trial message window, please see this link for resolution:
