    membership cancellation


      Membership to creative cloud says free. I was charged on the 28 of Oct and haven't cancelled it myself. Didn't receive a email saying my membership needs to be renewed. But my thing is I actually want to cancel it but now have no idea how to make sure it is actually cancelled. Can't do anything in account management because it says free. The process to cancel month to month just goes in circles with no way to contact anyone. Show ways to contact but no link to do so and no number posted anywhere. Any suggestions?
