I have a 2 The Sharper Image Literati eReader. I bought them from a resale shop. I talked with Kobo customer service and I can download book to my computer but not to my eReader. They are saying the problem could be getting a Adobe ID onto my eReader because of the message “Adobe ID – Not signed in”
I do have Adobe ID on my computer but how do I get an Adobe ID on my eReader?
