It's saying free trial when it's already been installed via disk. On the disk it was photoshop and illustrator. I haven't had any useful advice from Adobe's chat support. I installed photoshop from a disk in 2014 I didn't have the cloud then. When I went to "update" then on the cloud it gave me a free trial period when I own them? I can't get them back and I've tried signing in and out, no luck. Help? I no longer have the disk and I can't afford to subscribe, had I'd known this would of happen I would of never of "updated". The only program I subscribe to is Indesign. I can't afford to subscribe and need these two programs for college, I'm super stressed now. Please help!
