    Sound class bug

      I posted this a while back, and got no response, so please help if you can:

      for flash.media.Sound, this is the description of the play function:
      public function play(startTime:Number = 0, loops:int = 0, sndTransform:SoundTransform = null):SoundChannel

      and for the first parameter:
      startTime:Number (default = 0) — The initial position in milliseconds at which playback should start.

      The first parameter, startTime, does not seem to function at all. From what I have attempted, any values greater than about 26 cause the Sound to dispatch the soundComplete event within a few milliseconds instead of playing the file at all.

      What's the deal?
