    Indesign Crashes upon startup: "InDesign CC 2015 has stopped working properly" HELP!

      Hi Adobe,

       

      I am having an issue opening InDesign. Upon startup, the loading screen comes up and starts to load but then another windows comes up and informs me that Adobe InDesign CC 2015 has stopped working properly and that windows is looking for a solution to the problem.

       

      After I updated to 2015 update InDesign still worked for about a week, but then this message began popping up. I initially had windows 8.1 during that time. Now I've updated to Windows 10 and the same issue. I've tried clearing the preferences folder and still nothing. I've also tried to run as administrator, still it did not work.

       

      Should I try to reinstall? This will be my next step if I don't hear back soon. Please let me know if you have any further solutions.
