    Help with frames

    GIFNoob
Every time I set my frame delay to something other then 7/100 and try and export it I still see it as the 7/100 frame animation. I'm trying to speed up an animation but I can't because of this problem.
Can someone please explain to me what's wrong?

Check to make sure the frame delay you've set is the same in the Frames
panel and in the Image Preview (File > Image Preview) window under the
          Animation tab.

the 'Animation' tab in my Image preview window is grayed out.
            Am I doing something wrong.

I'm trying to make an animated .gif with different lengths of frame delays on different frames.
I've set the frame delay settings accordingly in the frames panel but when I export all of the frames play at the same rate.

            please help?

              duh, nevermind.

I just found the 'animated gif' setting in the Optimize panel.

              Thanks anyway!
