Suddenly I'm getting this error message when I try to start InDesign CS4. "Error: 150:30" and "Licensing for this product has stopped working." What's this all about? I bought a license. It may be old, but I bought it, and I don't feel happy about the idea that Adobe has suddenly withdrawn it. What have we here? Yet another trick by a company that has gotten too big to care about customers?
Follow the article mentioned by Bob. If you are uninstalling make sure you get rid of these folders for sure after uninstalling.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\caps
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\backup
For MAC , you can follow this.
If uninstalling delete the following folders:
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
[Startup Disk]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
