I have a project report that has the same table span over 4 pages. Is there a way by which I can get the entire table under one tag?
Absolutely! A table can and should be tagged as a single table, regardless of the number of pages it spans. You will need to first tag the table on each page as a separate table, then in the Tags Pane manually move the rows from from the subsequent pages under the first Table tag. If the table has a repeating header row, mark the header rows on the subsequent pages as artifacts (background). Delete the empty subsequent Table tags. Hope this makes sense - if not let me know and I will try to explain better.

Yes, but ugly. I'm partial to what FM provides for generation of accessible Tables. No post-processing kludge about.
