I need to send PO's out but every time the history doc gets send out with my PO is there a way to stop it from happening?

If you are talking about Audit reports being attached, then if you have business account, you can go to Account tab->Account settings->General settings and click "Attach audit report to completed documents" and select "Never" and save.
