Doing that does not work. Each time I open LR and then go to close it I get the same message each time.
I have made sure that in LR Mobile Syncing is paused.
Do you have any other suggestions?
If you do not want those images to be synced at all, go to Lightroom Preferences > Lightroom Mobile > choose "Delete all data"
[make sure you have a backup copy of all the synced images]
Not sure that I understand, if the trial period is over why would LR still tell me it is syncing images and give this message each time it closes?
I do still want the images. If I move them from the synced images folder to another folder will that protect them from being deleted if I do as you suggest and delete all data?
Yes, that will protect your images.
Ideally, you should not receive the message regarding sync if you have paused the syncing and your trial has expired so that seems to be odd.
Lets check how moving those images works out to be.
Ok, that worked, I deleted all of the data under preferences/lightroom mobile, and the sync folder was deleted and no more error message.
