Last Sunday I purchased a Creative Cloud account, I paid for it, downloaded it and when I tried to install it, it didn't worked out. I don't know what it's going on with it and I didn't found an answer for my problem online.
When I tried to contact the personal by phone, it didn't rang, I must say that I'm from Mexico, and maybe that's why the call didn't succeeded. I've tried everything in my hands to cancel my account but I haven't had success.
I would like cancel my account please, if any of the staff can help me I would really appreciate it.
