My extension Manager for CS5 didn't recognise the file.
I downloaded the CC Extension Manager (Adobe - Exchange : Download the Adobe Extension Manager) and it works even though I'm not signed up to the CC. I downloaded the FujiFilmTetherShootingPluginWin_1_1_0.zxp to my desktop and pointed the CC Extension Manager to it. Done.
I had the same problem and unfortunately, the plug-in does not download. What did I do, so far?
- Ordered the plug-in, waited for some download link or something, then found out that the plug-in supposedly will download and install itself.
- Since that did not happen, I found on the web that many people have this issue, and point to this forum, this particular thread.
- I spent almost an hour getting it to work, but no luck. What I did is download the Creative Cloud Desktop, and made sure that the file sync is switched to on. Folder location is set, as well as max speed for up- or download. Checked notifications.
- And then what? Nothing happens, nothing downloading, or installing etc.
I use Windows 10, and have even upgraded (now 30 days trial) to LR CC2015. But also there, I don't see the Tethering plug-in appear.
Any idea how to get this done?
PS May I say that this is a very, very clunky way to just install one plug-in?
