I would like to cancel my annual subscription to Adobe stock, but I have been led around the Adobe Support cycle in a circular loop, often with vague cancellation instructions which lead back to the original page.
I signed up for the free month promotion but I found it to be unclear that the requirement was for an annual subscription. Because of these two areas of dissatisfaction I would like to cancel my subscription to Adobe stock, please process this cancellation prior to the end of my 1st month's trial. I have read the cancellation guidelines several times and have outlined the challenges with that above, please do not reply to this discussion with a link to that document.
