    How do I complain about false billing to Adobe?


      Hey. I am a student who purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Student & Teacher package on August 22, 2013. From the day I purchased the subscription until August 22, 2014 (1 year), Adobe charged me 21.76$ a month - which is what I agreed upon. However, since August 22, 2014 up until today, they have charged me 32$ a month - and I have only realised this now. So my question is, how do I complain and demand refund from Adobe? Thanks.
