Premiere Elements New Return/Full Refund Policy

    A.T. Romano Level 7

Apparently since about September 2015 Adobe has changed its return/full refund policy from 30 to 14 days from date of purchase if you purchased the download from it.

If you purchased elsewhere, it appears to be as before with you being governed by the return/refund policy of the seller.

Please see Adobe document on Return, Cancel, or exchange Adobe order

Any questions about the change, please use the online Adobe Chat link given in the document.

Typically it is a good idea with any purchase to go for the free 30 days tryout from Adobe before purchase to assure the compatibility of the program with your computer environment and project goals. In view of the decrease in the time limit for returns/full refund, doing that will give you more time with the program to decide if it is right for you

As always, if any questions or need clarification on your Premiere Elements workflows, please do not hesitate to ask so that you can get the best from your purchase and continued use of it.
