    Lightroom incredibly slow + bad customer service




      I tried talking to someone on the chat about this but the best he could offer was to logout of Lightroom and login again which is clearly irrelevant.


      After the latest Lightroom update (2015.2.1), the program is running painfully slow/crashing, to the extent it's totally unusable. I have the latest Lightroom update, the latest Apple operating system and an Apple MacBook Pro with a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 and 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3. I think I can safely isolate the problem to the latest Lightroom update, therefore. There was absolutely no problem pre-update.

      Any suggestions as to why this is and what I can do?

      Incidentally, I'd rather this message be private but apart from the online chat, which seems fairly unhelpful, there is no private means to email Adobe. This is quite a serious flaw especially when I'm paying $80 a month for this software.
