    Sync not working both ways


      I both have Lightroom for my desktop and mobile and syncing between the two were working fine until the most recent update.

      Both the mobile and desktop says it is syncing but I do not see my collections been synced on the two plat forms. Can someone help?

          • Could you please check whether the collections you are syncing are in Lightroom.adobe.com
          • Sign out of Lightroom mobile from computer and Mobile
          • Then Rename the Sync.lrdata Folder to Sync.Lrdata.old

          You can find the sync.lrdata file here:

          On Mac it's at      /Users//Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data/Sync.lrdata

          On Windows PC it would be at       C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

          Once done Restart Lightroom should try to reconcile your local synced data and the cloud synced data.
