I'm logged in to CC and trying to open an in Design document. I've been prompted several times to sign in.
I've closed out InDesign 3 times. Logged out..Logged back in. Account is in good standing.
I need to get the work DONE!
Are you logged into the Creative Cloud app. You need to have that installed, and log in there. When installed you'll find it in the Menu Bar (Mac) or Task Bar (Windows):
Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
