Sorry you're having trouble. A couple of reasons you might not be able to see your themes:
Is it possible you logged in with a different Adobe ID than you used to create the themes? (Many people have more than one.)
There is a pulldown menu with a choice of Libraries. Is the correct one selected?

Sorry but I do not locate this menu on my webpage, have a look:
As you can see (on the right upper corner) I am connected but on the menu 'my themes' it asks me to log in again. That's the thing quiet weird. Furthermore, when I follow the instructions and log in again (click on the blue button), the result is that I go back to 'Home' of Adobe Color.

That is weird. I'm looking into it a bit deeper. One quick thing I forgot to ask before: Have you tried a different browser to see if you get the same result?
It's done!! I do not know why and how but it seems that the internet proxy at my job did not allow me to delete themes. Weird... But anyway it's okay now so thank you for your help and have a pleasant day!
Hmmm... seems a strange thing for a firewall to block but I'm glad you were able to get it working.
