We currently have a lab of 21 PC's with Creative Cloud deployed via Device Licensing. Until now the software has been working great, but we now have a student and an instructor that cannot run the Creative Cloud software from any of the 21 deployed machines. Other students are able to login and run the software just fine. The licensing looks correct within the Admin Console. Has anyone else had this issue?
If it is only 2 people out of (how many?) some number of other people, that sounds like a computer account problem, not a problem with the program install
