I contacted someone through adobe a couple weeks ago. I requested to cancel my subscription. I was under the impression that we had accomplished this and my account was going to be billed in a week or two. However, it has been about a month and my account still has not been billed. I would like to have that done asap because I need to close that bank account. I have tried finding a chat room to resolve this situation but it remains unavailable. I am getting extremely frustrated with adobe and would like this taken care of. Can someone please help me so I can get this mess?
It is already closed thats the thing. I just need the payment to go through so I can close my bank account. If I am not going to be charged then that is fantastic I just need to know either way and I don't want the company coming after me if I don't pay it. It says that my last payment was on october 1st. I closed my adobe not too long after and was told $30 would be charged to my bank account. That was about a month ago and I am getting impatient.
