    Canceling my account/Creative cloud membership


      Hello i purchased creative could for a year for school last year. Now i'm in different education and have no need for creative cloud anymore. I do believe i had auto renewal turned off on my subscription but still i probably got a metric ton of emails telling me i needed to update my payment info our my membership would be canceled. So annoyed of these emails and fearing that i had auto renewal turned on i went in to manually cancel my account/subscription. This turned out not to be a simple task as i could not contact support to cancel my account. After now reviving an invoice i'm fearing that the whole process might end in a Overdue payment as i seem not able to cancel my auto renewal. Can someone please tell my how to cancel this or could someone who works for adobe at least confirm that i'm not gonna get an Overdue payment slapped on my name ?
