I have a monthly subscription. About a week ago I posted a question, that really determines whether or not I am going to continue with the service. No response . . . crickets.
Is there a free or paid support option. Searching fro support with Adobe Stock leads you to this board, but it appears that the majority of questions go unanswered. I understand that no support is the "new" business model, but I really wonder how many of us would be in business if our customers had no way to contact us with a basic question.
