Hello my name is Christos and i am new to Indesign. I have to convert some old quarkxpress (v.3.2) files to a modern file type and make them available in pdf format. I opened them in Indesign, but there a lot of missing fonts, and the text appears corrupted. The missing fonts are some really old greek fonts for macos (like grtimes, lctimespolytonic, ub-times, times) made without the unicode rules and they cannot be found anywhere. I found the original font files in the old macintosh (1999) and i tried to convert them using the FontForge software to a ttf file for windows. The convertion for the latin fonts was succesful but the greek fonts failed. Is there any solution? The real problem is that the fonts are really old and the cannot be found to purchase them, and i cannot even change them to another font because the can't be read at all!
