Seems like the issue you are facing is design limitation. We have raised the issue and working on it.

Clearing your browser cache memory and restarting your browser almost always fixes this. Another very common time this occurs is when you are using Chrome as your browser and have Chrome Browser Plugins installed. If that is the case you may need to disable your browser plugins in Chrome.
Thanks for the replies Brad, sadly this issue has not only not been resolved, but Adobe have failed to get in touch (as promised on the phone) and, yesterday, I received an automated email telling me our stock subscription has been cancelled and the case was closed!
Just tried calling the helpline number the website gave me - number doesn't work.
Currently been waiting 20 mins for someone to reply to an online chat.
