I am currently looking for a good video production program. I used "Magix Video Deluxe" until now, but I am not really happy with it. It's okay-ish for the pricetag it had but it lacks in features.
So I thought about buying Adobe Premiere since I know that it's a good program. And 100€ is quite fair.
But here's the problem. I have a desktop computer AND a laptop, and I would need the program to run perfectly fine on both systems.
If I buy a key, can I use this key to install the program on both computers or do I need to buy a second key for my second computer?
Thanks in advance for any answers
You can have Premiere Elements 14 installed and activated on up to two of your computers at once.
Although you can have the same purchased activated serial number on no more than two of your computers, the Adobe Licensing Agreement
goes on to say that you (as customer) are not supposed to be using both at the same time.
The Adobe Licensing Agreement that I am reading from is found
and I am reading the following excerpt from it
2.1.3 Portable or Home Computer Use. Subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 2.1.4, the primary user of the Computer on which the Software is installed under Section 2.1 (“Primary User”) may install a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located at his or her home, provided that the Software on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Software on the primary Computer.
When you install your program, you will need to accept the agreement. Before you do, you can verify that the above agrees with what is in your version.
