I've been having this same issue, and have tried the solution Bev suggests - didn't work for us and still waiting on a response from Adobe 2 weeks later.
It appears that you have downloaded your allocation of stock images so may not have the same issue reported here.

I'd just like to preface this by saying that I do appreciate no of the issues we're experiencing are your fault, and my criticisms are of Adobe and not personally directed at you.
I had 10 free credits added to my account then, later that week, I took out a subscription but those 10 credits were never credited to my account. Whatever the issues we're experiencing are, we're not getting adequate support from Adobe - we're paying you for a service so it's incumbent upon Adobe to supply that service reliably or to provide sufficient troubleshooting and bug reporting services until you've figured out the many issues with the Adobe Stock site.
Thanks for the other link but we experience the same issues in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE and Opera.
The only contact I ever get from Adobe (other than you today) is emails telling me Adobe haven't heard from me so they've closed the case I opened - there's no number to call, no address to email, and this forum isn't up to much so please help me understand how on earth Adobe expected to hear from me? Are you able to reopen the cases your colleagues closed without resolving the issues?
