    Creative Cloud membership went to trial status but I am still paying the monthly fee?


      Hi there everyone!


      My name is Matthew and I have a question on behalf of my girlfriends Adobe account. She has purchased an educational

      CC membership and is paying the monthly fee for it. Now when she tries to use/install any of the CC programs on her laptop the status of the

      membership goes to trial.


      Now my question is, what can I do to fix this for her and if I can't do anything can someone at Adobe fix this issue?
