BAI, a financial services association and leading industry resource for breakthrough information and intelligence seeks an eLearning Developer to join either our Chicago or St. Louis office. The eLearning Developer will be responsible for the creation and modification of a portfolio of products within the Learning and Development line of business. Working collaboratively with Instructional Designers and optimizing a variety of development tools, this individual will deliver courseware aligning with BAI’s eLearning design philosophy.
Requirements
- Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, eLearning)
- Three-plus years of experience developing eLearning courseware, with some experience utilizing advanced functionality in Adobe Captivate
- Strong knowledge and an expert user in Microsoft Office software such as: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus
- Understanding of quality graphic design, ideally with experience working with graphic designers and developing graphics in Adobe Illustrator
- Instructional design experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
