Can someone please help me? I am in charge of documents where I work and have decided to create documents in MS Word (2010) and then save them as PDF files, so my fellow workers could not alter them. What I am finding though is that when I create these PDF files they are still able to be saved as themselves in Reader. Most of these documents have drop down boxes and text boxes for comments. I need to know how I can have these documents so that my fellow workers can still fill in text boxes and drop down boxes then PRINT ONLY. Please help, I have no hair left to pull out. Regards, Steve
There is no such thing as a "no save" PDF, and no possibility of it. What issue are you trying to solve?
