I Have i7 processor, 16gig of memory Geforce 760 video card and have tried it with the Graphic accelerator on and off and still can not find out why this is happening, Adobe Tech support could not either.

          Hi jeriline,

Could you please check and confirm the version of Lightroom you are using?

Which operating system are you using?

                Hi jeriline,

                Please follow the below steps.

                > Go to Lightroom > Preferences.

                > Click on the General tab

                > Uncheck “Show ‘Add Photos’ Screen”

                > Click on Presets Tab

                > Disable Apply auto tone adjustments

                > Click on Performance tab

                > Disable Use Graphics Processor

                > Restart the machine

                > Launch Lightroom and check for the issue

Thank you for all your help, I tried something dum, I switched the mouse from another machine and it everything worked fine same brand but a cheaper model. I have know upgraded to a gaming mouse and the lightroom experience has changed immensely.

Once again thanks for the help.
