Thanks, but I have already tried those links and all they do is lead me back to the forum. Is there anything else I can do?
Please make sure that you are signed in with right Adobe ID.
I don't find any product/subscription associated with Adobe ID on this profile.
Nope, Sam you are stuck with it. The only way you are going to cancel this hummer is to call Customer Support, a.k.a. the Mumbai Mafia. I don't know who designs Adobe's website, but thank God their products aren't designed by the same people. Good luck in cancelling the subscription . . . or in getting ahold of anyone. Make sure you are comfortable and have food and drink nearby. Go to the bathroom before you make the call. Make sure you don't have any appointments scheduled. Don't call from work or it will be dark when you get home. Sorry, but that's all that I can tell you.
