Thank you for taking the time to respond. As mentioned, I’ve spoken several times with tech support through chat, I have the serial # for CS3, the activation code is what I need as I am unable to de-authorize my crashed computer, and it will say the product has already been activated. Tech support sent me a link to download CS4, told me to install and use my serial #, which I did, but it does not work. They then told me that they cannot send me the serial # for the CS4 that they sent me and told me to download and install because I also have an Adobe Cloud subscription. I also have CS4 for mac, but am working on a pc, they said they could not do a platform switch as they no longer support CS3, and there is nothing they can do to help. So am unable to use either sets of programs. This is why I said I either need an activation code for CS3, or a serial # for CS4 for my pc.
