I installed PS and LR using Creative Cloud for a trial. I used my Paypal account (which I have no issues with anywhere else) but Adobe keeps telling me there are issues with Paypal. So I log in and click the only Edit link there is under Plans & Products, but it just sends me right back to Paypal. If I re-enter my Paypal details I just get the reminder again.
Why is there no link to change payment types?
I have been trying for 3 weeks to change the payment option. WTF Adobe?

After you drill through the byzantine "support" site, it seems Adobe requires you speak to someone at their offices to get rid of PayPal and use a credit card. But they keep "Bankers' Hours" so you can't do this at night or on weekends. Chat says they are having technical difficulties and suggests calling back in a few hours. Seems like they have lost sight of the customer... or they are in bed with PayPal.
