Impossible to say unless tell us more about your system, the version of InDesign, and what was happening.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit. And the latest version of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat on the cloud.
I uninstalled all software and tried to reinstall the cloud to start again to fix the problem and now it won't install the cloud with error code 205.
Not sure what to do !
Windows Update automatically creates a restore point for system restore in case there are problems. Use it.
