I want to cancel my annual plan of Adobe Stock; I know that it's free because an Adobe chat operator told me that during a chat.
He also told me that I could cancel my plan until today, 14/11/2015. But now, if I want to cancel that, the only tool I have to do it is chat, but chat is close.
How could I contact by e-mail Adobe?
Could I contact them on monday?
I am looking for an hour to cancel adobe stock, but I find no opportunity. I want to cancel within 14 days, but I find nothing than a closed support chat.
