Spent 2 1/2 hours with Live Chat and phone with tech from Adobe trying to get my Lightroom CC to import photos. Tech gave up and said Adobe is aware of the problem and engineers are working to release a new version. Tech installed the older version of Lightroom CC to my account and I can only use it now until there is a resolution by a new version of Lightroom CC. My Mac with El Capitan worked for a couple weeks then suddenly stopped import of new photos to any catalog. Since this is a "known issue" when can I expect this fix?

We are not allowed to disclose the dates, but i can tell you that there will be an update soon, till that time will suggest you to keep using the previous version.
